I will attach the outline document as well.
The requirements for your Project include the following:
- Must be 6-8 pages.
- Must include an introductory paragraph that describes the entire project.
- The project must have all of the following: identification of the alteration in health (disease), the role nutrition plays in the prevention of this disease, its etiology, progression, treatment, recommended diet, type of nursing assessment and nursing interventions needed with regard to nutrition, outline of what should be included in client education and two strategies to help ensure adherence (overcome barriers) to the recommended diet.
- Must have a title page and an APA Editorial formatted Reference page with at least three scholarly peer reviewed references. There must also be appropriate APA Editorial formatted in-text citations.
Answer preview
Heart failure refers to the occurrence of heart muscle fails to pump blood as well as it should. Heart failure may be caused by high blood pressure or narrowed artery that leave the heart weak to pump blood. Some of the conditions which lead to heart failure cannot be reversed, but a treatment plan leads to improving the state of the signs and the symptoms helping an individual live longer. According to Abraham et al., (2002), chronic heart failure depresses cardiac contractility as well as affects the conduction pathway, which leads to delay in the onset of right or left ventricular systole. There are many diet risks factors for heart failure. Obesity can be associated with high risks of heart failure (Kenchaiah et al., 2002). Diet thus will influence heart failure directly or indirectly. More specifically, diet contributes to the accumulation of vascular plaques and indirectly regulates aging (Brandhorst, & Longo, 2019). The type and feeding pattern will influence the occurrence of heart failure. Heart failure is influenced by diet and aging since the failure of the muscle to pump blood due to fatigue is an element of age while narrowing of the artery result from the poor diet plan.

There are acute and chronic signs and symptoms of heart failure. The symptoms are as a result of cardiac dysfunction (Mosterd & Hoes, 2007). There…
