It has no information and communication facilities and they are not implemented due to the constant wars and terrorist activities. The problems faced by information technology are however not as severe as for Kiribati (Chatterji, 2016). Haiti is better than both Kiribati and Burkina Faso but worse than Bhutan and Cambodia.
