You are an investor who would like to open a new restaurant in a local town. Residents and other business people in the area are concerned and not open to the idea.

Include the following in your editorial:

- A summary of how the restaurant organization would be set up (front of house, back of house, office, etc.)
- An explanation of why you chose either a chain restaurant or an independent restaurant
- An analysis of the nutritional value of the food that you will be serving at your restaurant
Format any sources according to APA guidelines.
I ,do have an idea but you dont have to run with it.
I remember about 15 years ago when I lived in Annapolis, Maryland that we lived near the Naval Academy and there was no Mexican restaurants or Mexican taco shops near for miles. The closest one (which wasn’t all that great) was about 25 minutes away. Downtown Annapolis (which wasn’t anything big, more like a small city – think small shops a few candy shops, and about 6 o 7 bars in a few block radius), had all these little shops that closed early, not many restaurants, and everything closed by 6 to 7pm except the bars…..and no where to eat after. I thought it would be a good idea to put that into how it would benefit opening one there, so people would have somewhere to eat be it after work from the naval academy, after school (elementary school was in downtown), and would be the only Mexican shop for miles around. maybe that could help you in some way?
