Being a leader does not mean one is not weak. I have had my more vulnerable moments that I am trying to come to terms with. As a leader, my mind always gives me the mentality that I can do everything. Sometimes the challenges are not big, but they are tricky. Sometimes I don’t solve my challenges well because I don’t critically think about them. I am learning to think critically on issues regardless of how small they are and learning from others. Most times, leaders indeed ignore other people’s ideas. As a democratic leader, I need to think critically about issues and consider everyone’s ideas (John, 2020).  Who we are as leaders lie in our ownership over our experiences and what we do based on the fact that we are the change agents.
