After reading the post it is very clear to see that Zane is successful in the approach that she decided to use. While she got to Tufts it was on the verge of collapsing but she was able to revive it. The approach that she decided to use was to change the leadership team. In any business, leadership is very key it helps to drive the business to success. Once she realized the mistake and decided to change the leadership she was on the right path to success. She started by replacing the key executive who had taken part in making the company get to where it was. Effective leadership normally bring along good employees who are willing to work towards the success of the business (Leonard, 2004).
