Answer preview

Lifespan management focuses on providing services to the population. However, the types of services that are allowed by the law are those that people cannot afford to do on their own. The things that people can do by themselves without struggle are called the activities of daily living. They include eating, bathing, and moving. These activities are different from services because the provision of services is like assisting people to do the activities of daily living. For instance, healthcare and nutrition awareness are services because they improve people’s health to allow them to continue with activities of daily living.
