Answer preview

international brand’s representative had to ensure that the organization’s key interests were well-represented in all deliberations, leading to establishing the entity’s presence and offices in Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. As the name suggests, the technical support expert advised on the technical side of things and assessed the hardware and software concerns that the team had to address to help the international brand from South Africa set base in Saudi Arabia and expand its global reach. The general member also doubled as a secretary, taking care of minutes and assessing the logic or feasibility of the group’s plans. This member would help the team to remain grounded in reality and adopt a viable approach to meet the client company’s needs.

Beyond the individual responsibilities that each accrued owing to their position in the team, the Link Team’s collective goal was to help the international brand from South Africa to enter the Saudi Arabian Market seamlessly by putting all systems in place (Mpungose, 2021). Therefore, each individual’s responsibilities were designed to feed the broader goal. Satisfying the client’s needs was the primary reference point during all the decision-making stages, from deliberation to determining the most appropriate course of action.
