Amazon’s leadership principle states that leaders should challenge any decision they disagree with by bringing in new ideas and better thinking to disrupt the decision made. One of the cultural themes I like about Amazon is that proper decision-making determines the impediment to rapid growth, no matter how hard-working the top executives are. It doesn’t matter how hard working the top executives are; if they don’t make the right decisions, then there is no growth. The theme of not waiting for all the information was concerning to me. As I believe that it is better to make slow decisions that will bring out quality outcomes than to keep on correcting bad decisions
