Management process

Write a three to four (3-4) page paper in which you discuss the single biggest challenge to effective management process and one (1) recommendation for addressing that challenge.

Leadership ensures that employs can work efficiently thus improving productivity.  Lack of leadership in an organizational means that there will be trouble in uniting different employees in the organization.  Today, many businesses are facing a challenge of lack of management and leadership skills which may render the entire management system ineffective.  People in the management lack these skills which are vital in the wellbeing of a business (Robson, 2015).
