As a case manager, there are numerous efforts I will institute in my department to ensure the sustained application of continuous quality improvement. I will establish a CQI culture that will ensure that all needed resources to achieve CQI programs are encompassed in the overall budget. Inadequate funds derail most CQI programs. Securing sustainable funding increases CQIs’ program viability. Besides, I will intensify efforts to build CQI infrastructure. The quality of health care is substantially dependent on medical infrastructure in healthcare facilities. Some of the infrastructure needed to sustain CQI include advanced diagnostic equipment and treatment aiding technology. Advanced CQI infrastructure will help in developing solutions to emerging contemporary health issues. Incorporating CQI methods in daily healthcare practice will speed in realizing CQI goals. One of the CQI methods that I have tried to incorporate into my daily routine is instituting researches and developing our care provision practice.
