If you interviewed someone as a suspect for murder, under what circumstances would you be required to read him his Miranda rights?

Miranda warning or rules are the fundamental rights which any individual who has been arrested or detained obligate.  Miranda warning notably include: right to remain silent, any statements uttered may be used against one in the court of law, right to contact a lawyer and if the individual cannot bear the expense of a lawyer then one will be availed (Lyman, 2002). Miranda warning was first implemented in the United States after the case of Miranda v. Arizona in 1966 thus enforced by the Police officers before arresting any suspect or criminal offender….
