You have spent some weeks now in this module (MSc Management: Management in Practice) as part of an assigned multicultural team. The multicultural team is total of five members: three Chinese students (I am a male, Hao, in one of the three; others are one male, Jinhua; and one female, Yahan); one Indian female student, Shruti; and one British male student, James. Drawing on scholarly sources and your own experiences please reflect on what you see as the benefits and drawbacks of multicultural groups & teams. Please also comment on the impact, if any, the Ennea reports (Team and Personal) have had on your thoughts and how you might change the way that you work with your group as you move forward.
