Every day people make decisions either at the individual levels or at their jobs. Decision-making entails choosing the most effective and feasible alternative. People tend to make decisions differently under different circumstances, and hence it is essential to consider all options before making a decision. Employees also have to make various decisions that influence their work and daily lives. Employee decisions are influenced by multiple factors such as past experiences, effective communication within the organization, organization approach to risk-taking, and prejudice. Understanding these factors will help me make decisions in similar situations.
