How do you feel if you or your loved one is being cared for by a nurse who lacks clinical judgment, and what will you do?
I am sharing some research findings below pertaining to drastic decline of graduate NCLEX competency, that they call it a CRISIS!

Several researches have shown that the nurses’ competency is drastically declining. According to Del Bueno, (2005), the clinical errors associated with nurses are skyrocketing when compared to the previous decades. NCSBN research described that 50 percent of the newly employed nurses are likely to engage in the nursing errors whereby 65 percent of the errors are brought by poor clinical decision making.
