Like many industries, the healthcare system is divided into specific categories for order and effectiveness. The micro and macro systems are examples of simple divisions or categories in the health sector. the microsystem is much smaller than the macro system. The microsystem consists of a small group of individuals who work together to provide routine care to patients (Angus and Valentijn, 2018). when put together, they form the macrosystem which is consequently significantly larger. Also, the microsystem focuses more on delivery and implementation while the macro system is useful in planning and delegation
