One of the advantages of e-learning computer-based approach is that it has improved the computer skills of most of the organization’s staff members. Also, supervisors who monitor the progress made by workers on other company systems offer real-time feedback. It has positively influenced the training outcomes for employees because the supervisor can easily track the learner’s progress and engagement through computer devices (Kavanagh, Thite, and Johnson, 2018). The disadvantage of computer-based training is that some incumbents in the business lack the necessary computer skills. In addition, sometimes, technical difficulties arise, which impede the learning process. On the job training through computer-aided systems requires the trainee to be self-motivated since there is no human contact with instructors or peers.
