Training is one of the most critical tools of the organization compensation and benefits program. Employees are most interested in their skills and ability advancement more than an increase in their salary on condition of equal future opportunities (Gross, 2015).  Employee training program enhances the achievement of the organization objectives through the staff. It’s a strategy-based plan that is oriented to the continuous improvement of the employees’ value for the current and future and future objectives of the organization. Depending on the size of the organization and the future desired value the costs of training constitute a significant portion of the total compensation and benefit costs.
