After the 2015-2016 recession that led to severe damage to brazil’s economy, recovery is slowly being realized. In 2018, slight GDP growth of over one percent was realized (Bienen, 1985). Brazil’s government has enforced several reforms after the recession to mitigate the adverse impacts that followed the recession. In addition, as a member of the coalition of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and now recently South Africa, by 2050, Brazil is expected to be a dominant supplier of manufactured goods, raw materials, and services to low labor and consequently production costs (Jafari, 2020). As an investor, such a positive future is a motivation to invest. The sign of recovery promises quick future returns on capital. Economic stability is a prime investor consideration. Politically, Brazil has a good stability reputation.  According to Flory (2015), Brazil is considered to have the ability to undergo and accomplish political changes. Brazil is less troubled, more peaceful, less violent, not so brutally tarnished by a tyranny, more moderate, and more flexible in the face of conflict (Flory, 2015).
