So far, I think this film helps the audience understand that women, just like men, can soar in their workplaces and succeed. However, if a woman directed this film, elements like favoritisms would have prevented the audience from seeing the deeper meaning of the film’s message. In such a case, issues of feminism would rise, changing the trajectory of the storyline in general.
