Both Netflix and Apple are examples of organizations that have had to communicate with constituents over organizational changes in the past few years. To deliver messages effectively, Apple makes use of multiple methods and tactics. The first of the tactic is the use of official letter and memos. These are distributed to all the employees and managers within the company who are responsible for helping the employees to adjust to the organizational changes. Second, the company makes use of the modern media outlets and also uses the company’s website to release the news. This way, the message of the organizational changes can reach many people including those that are not in the company.
