Social Media Needs

After reading about social media use and job satisfaction, reflect on how social media has become an integral part of employees personal and company’s professional lives. Within the context of the complex issues that employees and employers face, how do you think social media could or should be used to meet both employee and employer needs? This journal entry will prepare you to discuss the importance of social networks and social support for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in Week 6.
