With regards to my position, I am for social responsibility. This is because I think it is the most vital factor that determines whether employees choose to work and consumers opt to spend their money. Some authors also believe that social responsibility has formed an integral part of how a company chooses to conduct its business while focusing on the perception of the customer (Perez & Rodriguez del Bosque, 2015). Social responsibility is therefore responsible for making the organization more attractive but promoting public trust, and impacting positively on society.
