Your plan should follow the process for managing and monitoring stakeholder engagement, as referred to in Figures 9.1 and 9.2 in the textbook. Your plan should include an introduction, and should answer the following questions:
How will you manage changes to stakeholder requirements?
What historical documents will you update in the process of managing and monitoring stakeholders?

After this, the third step will be to develop specific engagement objectives for every stakeholder based on their desired outcomes, needs, and expectations (Project Management Institute, 2017). The fourth step will be to continuously evaluate stakeholders’ engagement levels by tracking their participation, responsiveness, and overall involvement in the project’s activities, such as during weekly meetings (Project Management Institute, 2017). The final step will be using surveys and informal discussions to collect pertinent feedback from the stakeholders (Project Management Institute, 2017). This will allow me to gauge their satisfaction with the engagement levels happening during the project, making it easier for me to make pertinent adjustments to better address stakeholders’ needs.
