Organizations tend to have different positions such as operation managers, finance managers, human resource managers among others. However, they usually do not have another important position which is that of a quality assurance officer. Our organizations have several departments and the manager is given the responsibility of ensuring that they are achieving their goals, making the manager to be overwhelmed with responsibilities and hence affecting his or her performance. However, creating a quality assurance officer position will ensure that the tasks of the manager are reduced (Kurata et al., 2017). This is because the main task of the quality assurance officer would be to ensure that every department is achieving their goals which are aligned with the main organizational goals. The officer will ensure that every department is performing tasks as they are supposed to be done.
