Answer preview
Strategy implementation is the act of planning, organizing, directing and mobilizing resources towards achieving a common goal. It is a progressive process which is guided by the short term and long term aspirations of the company (Armstrong, 2017). Apple Company works strictly within an action plan which is time-bound and has been designed to suit apple organization structure. The implementation is evaluated all along the process, and this enables the steering committee to identify a point the process deviates from the main course of the action plan at an early stage.
