The old man gets characterized by his pale blue eyes which are terrifying, and another narrator is described by his unreasonable actions of killing the old man. I sympathize with the narrator who murdered the old man; he does not think of what will happen after he killed the old man, the consequences, the narrator also does not know what to do next, and he willingly admitted killing the old man (Poe, 2015). Minor characters, the police officers, help us to recognize the narrator who murdered the old man is found and is guilty of murder. The narrator tells the story as he talks of how himself planned and did the actions that led to the death of the old man.
