Biblically, men are supposed to uphold justice and righteousness. They are supposed to always work for the good of one another and not for short term but all the time. Men are also supposed to ensure morality is always observed in every aspect. Biblically, wisdom is the principle thing and is what every man is beseeched to seek diligently for with wisdom men can handle issues of life as they ought for the good of all. The book of Proverbs, for instance, is full of teachings about wisdom and about those that despise it. It is also a biblical requirement that men ought to do good to both their friends and their enemies. Therefore, from a biblical perspective, statesmanship out to encompass these respects. Biblically, when a righteous man is on the helm of power, the people are delighted for justice prevails in that land.
