The strategy is effective in handling forces in the market because Victory’s Motorcycles are a bit cheaper and sold at the consumer’s preference. Their uniqueness and slightly lesser price cause the public to respond effectively and prefer their bikes because as per their speculation, the bike is exactly what America needed (Hitt & Ireland, 2015). A recommendation to increase the effectiveness of the strategy includes the immediate opening of sales to individual persons other than explicit distributors. The idea enables customers to have a direct working relationship with the manufacturer and even give their ratings of the bike which is crucial for the company to make decisions on what to change in the product. It is also essential to take the product globally by considering not only American preferences but also other nations as well. Entering the global market helps the organization expand its operations and even get a broader market. However, taking the business global comes with repercussions such as stiffer competitions and a complication in the production process due to a dilemma of which nation preference to consider.
