The nurse practitioners working in the hospital risked the liability for the unprofessional behavior of the staff members who uploaded the unethical and unprofessional pictures to social media. Health care facilities must ensure that their employees practice conducts that promote patient confidentiality and quality health care standards. In this case, the hospital could be held liable in the health facility (Sykes et al., 2017). Therefore, the health care facility violated this obligation, and they should be held liable.
