What is the significance of descriptive statistics? How can they be applied to your area of nursing? Give some examples. This response should be 150 words in length.

The display of the descriptive data in graphical methods, measures of association, and central tendency may inform risk factors that affect the target population’s conduct (Kaur et al., 2018). Another significance of descriptive data is that it simplifies large amounts of data sensibly. In the process, Franzese and Iuliano (2018) explain that this allows researchers to offer a clear explanation and interpretation of the gathered data during an experiment. Therefore, researchers must identify patterns in the collected data to help interpret their conclusions.
