Evaluate your own current health status by as many of the health status categories included in Chapter 2 of Fitness Professional’s Handbook as you can:

Using your evaluation, create an exercise prescription for yourself. Base your prescription on the following:

  • Your individual health status
  • Personal goals

Based on Chapters 22 and 23 of Fitness Professional’s Handbook include a paragraph highlighting what things an effective exercise leader could to do help you meet your program goals.
