Genetic diseases are the most common conditions for the Thai people, and their healthcare beliefs are more focused on nutrition than the Russians and the Polish people. Men prefer men healthcare providers, and vice versa. Conferring to Wongchalee (2007), Thais belief is based more on herbal medication more compared to the modern ones, unlike the Polish and the Russians. The Thais have a Buddhist belief when it comes to death rituals, and peace is given to the dying patients while their morals are reviewed for after-life (Purnell, 2013).
