Answer preview

Health promotion is the process of helping people understand health and promoting lifestyles and behaviors that promote good health. Good health is not only an individual thing but a group engagement. It  involves different intercessions from individuals, communities, high-risk people, the health sector, and lawmakers to improve the wellness of people’s health through adopting healthy behaviors. Disease prevention concentrates on ways people can reduce the risks of infecting growing continual infections (Adefegha, 2018).  It consists of different ways of eradicating diseases, disease diagnosis, understanding the factors that cause certain diseases, treatment methods, and helping reduce disabilities to live a normal life. Health is an important aspect of the lives of people. A healthy population means healthy outcomes from individuals, groups, and communities that adhere to public and private policymakers.
