Also, I will use this concept to improve the company’s compliance with government regulation. According to Lins, Servaes, & Tamayo, (2017), the HRM needs to ensure that the organization complies with government employment and tax policies. Lastly, I will use the concept to ensure the company remains socially responsible to its customers by selling insurance policies at fair prices. It ensures that customers get compensation when they make a genuine claim. Other terms used leaned in this course are compensation, training, and coaching. As a human resource manager, I will use compensation to attract and retain exceptionally talented employees. For Allstate to continue expanding its market share, it needs to employ incredibly talented employees. I will train the employees to ensure that they assimilate into the organization’s culture and attain the required skills. Coaching is critical to help the employees gain relevant competencies.
