Answer preview

The clues of identifying whether a person is experiencing grief include the overall feeling of loneliness, strong wishes, and yearning that the deceased person was alive. These intense emotional pangs are linked to the lost relationship, loss of interaction with people or activities which remind the victim of the deceased, interference and disruption of recurrent sleep, and substantial loss of interest in the job, educational, personal, or leisure activities (Shear & Bloom, 2017). First, individuals suffering from complicated grieving may experience a deep sense of grief. This can be attested through the physical manifestation of a particular person. Secondly, through verbal communication, the victim expresses his or her desire for the deceased person to be alive (Iglewicz et al., 2020). It is a result of a deep connection or bond between the victim and the deceased person. Different emotions, such as crying and depressed mood, can be manifested due to the deceased person.
