Answer preview
Due to the company’s growth, there will be a need for employee training that will require additional time and money as the mode of conducting the activities is new to the industry, resulting from guessing work since there is no previous training to refer from. Another problem is that the company operates only one type of aircraft, attracting only a specific type of client, thus no services diversification leading to slow the company’s growth. The company’s competitors might fill this market gap by offering different types of flight services, hindering the growth of the company and decreasing WestJet airline’s potential market scope in the future. The company does not offer meals and beverages during the flight. One way to increase customer’s loyalty is by making him or her feel loved and appreciated. Hospitality goes a long way in giving the client this feeling providing satisfaction.
