New venture launch plan
In this assignment, you will continue your research and planning to design and implement a new product or service. Based on the innovative “big idea” and the vision that you developed in Assignment 1, you will now write a Launch Plan, in which you describe your launch strategy, business model, and financial plan. INSTRUCTIONS Write a Launch Plan Paper of no fewer than 4 pages. In this second assignment, you will complete the middle four sections of your Business Plan: Sections V, VI, VII and VIII in the template. You will follow ONE of the three Options below, depending whether you are planning your new venture as an Intrapreneur, Entrepreneur, or Nonprofit Leader. Make sure you work with the template that matches your chosen Option.

Select one of your worst quality (product or service) experiences. Armed with your knowledge of Quality Management, what would you do to fix that problem.
Project management
Go online and search for project life cycle models. Identify at least two that are different from the PMI model, and compare and contrast the phases. Be sure to cite your sources.
Trident week 2
For the Module 2 SLP assignment, you will continue to apply the concepts from the background materials (Avery, 2011, Chapter 4, p. 85-88) to your own experiences in the workplace. Think carefully about Hersey and Blanchard’s Situational Leadership model and the four leadership styles of Directing, Coaching, Supporting, and Delegating. Then consider the styles of one or more of the supervisors you have worked with, and reflect upon whether or not their style changed depending on the situation.
