I found these two articles quite interesting since they demonstrate real-life experiences of cultural dynamics and the reality with the millennial generation. In the first article, I find it fascinating since I understand the importance of a diverse leadership considering today we are in a culturally diverse world (Erick, 2015). Foreign leaders should understand cultural differences so that they can identify ways of encouraging cultural change. In the second article, what is interesting is that many companies are looking for tangible experience from new graduates (Ronald, 2015). Such an aspect makes me wonder, how would fresh graduates get such experience if they are not given an opportunity to show their strong abilities? Companies should hire deserving new graduates so that the baby boomers would orient them how to go about meeting the expectations of the companies. That is how the new graduates can get the tangible experience that companies are seeking.
