Working in Russia, I will be covered by compulsory health insurance. The government will pay all my medical bills compared to the United States, covering a few medical bills. There is also a mandatory medical cover in case I got an injury on the line of duty. As an employee in Russia, all working leaves have allowances, including allowances for children below one and half years.  If I am working on a weekend or holiday, I should be paid twice, unlike some countries where you are not compensated for working on holidays. All this improves the morale of working.
