Also, I would enforce English as the official language within the organization. Communication is a vital aspect of the daily operations of an organization. According to Puslecki (2016), most non-English speaking people are exhibiting interest in learning English. I would fund English training programs to ensure that every member of my workforce can communicate in English. A workforce that uses a common language is easier to manage, and its coordination when working is maximized.
