Terrorism is looked down upon in most communities, primarily due to the negative implications on innocent parties, who often get caught in the crossfire during terrorist activities or counterterrorism efforts. One of the terrorist groups that managed to capture global attention and condemnation is Hezbollah. It is a Shiite Muslim political and militant organization (Avon et al., 2012). The group emerged within the chaos associated with the 15-year Lebanese Civil War. It is widely known that Iran backs Hezbollah.
