Meeting setups depended on the preferences of the person or organization hosting a meeting. The main types of meeting setups include classroom, theater, and boardroom setups. Classroom setup is for a meeting format where the attendants are supposed to make notes and participate by referring to a document. Theater setup is for meetings where participants are not supposed to take notes. The presenter stands on a raised area and addresses the audience.  Boardrooms allow a group of people to hold a meeting around a rectangular table (Walker, 2012).
