Leadership is the process by which an individual uses the resources and the personnel available and mobilizes them in achieving a specific goal. It requires both learned and natural skills as leadership is about inspiring, challenging and encouraging, and motivating others to achieve a particular goal (Chen, Huang, Liu, Min, & Zhou, 2018). However, there are good and bad leaders. Good leaders focus on the big picture and focus on it through communication and positively encouraging others to believe that the future is possible. On the contrary, bad leaders lack presence, direction, transparency, and many other skills that can mobilize others to achieve a particular goal. They are more focused on creating a name than achieving goals.
