Zia Snack Company facility will be located strategically in Tacoma, WA, to allow for Drive-thru and Grab and go operations. The facility is designed to improve the customer’s experience. The rented facility will be close to commercial businesses, public institutions, and transport systems to serve a significant market. The customers can choose to order food and use take away option or the table service since the facility provides adequate space. Sitting at the table will also improve customers’ experiences, and they will be more willing than when they have to stand in a corner. Table service will help the facility to operate as a restaurant to serve groups, including families and friends willing to chat over a snack. However, the company does not emphasize table service and would prioritize most of the operations to be at the drive-through lanes. The facility will also provide adequate parking space and enhance quick delivery to different customer destinations at reasonable costs. For the first year of operation, Zia, Snack Company seek to operate one facility while emphasizing efficient delivery services.
