Submit your draft research and interview plan. Please write in introduction and explain how to do research and interview, it should mention qualitative and quantitative data. Please include my survey questions (I will upload my employer survey). I will be uploading my project blueprint for you to refer to. This should also include a conclusion and an area where I can add the people that I plan on interviewing. Iā€™m handling and adding the people I will be interviewing (Please leave me an area where I should include this). For the research, please indicate the various sources of information (mine will include employer surveys, Career Development ECA dashboard, and employers) and the type of information you intend to gather from those sources (this will include the questionnaire data, the Career Development ECA Dashboard will give the statistical data that I need and interviewing the employers will give me data on what we may need to change in our curriculum). According to Thomas (2017), for successful research to be conducted, a timeline is set with a list of all the topics to be covered, and interviews schedule of individuals who have first-hand knowledge of the research topic established. Subjects are the broken into sub-topics that can be carried out in interviews and observational research independently, then selecting of sources that are subjective to those that are objective, bearing in mind that private sources have a contrasting view are and significant as they can give a more rounded opinion on the matter. References are then kept separate until recommendations that are to be part of the research are determined, and questions developed by the analysis written down, followed by sources and the answers found (Moore, 2006). Files are then kept ensuring all the data of the research get assembled while separating into folders according to separate topics covered.
