Earned media touchpoints like reviews are valued due to their accessibility and visibility. Therefore, nowadays earned media is gaining the attention of anticipating customers more than other touchpoints that aim at promoting the product for making sales. However, there are reviews or talks about the brand that get more value from the anticipating customers than others. These are mostly from influential corporate leaders, social media influencers, and reviews from big brands.
