Instead, I expect people to make rational decisions. This helps me to interact well with both the staff and patients. However, under certain circumstances, such as when I believe an individual decision will cause more harm, I act based on what I believe will provide better outcomes. Moreover, I relate to the justice principle since I always ensure that everyone gets what they need. For example, when allocating resources, I follow clear criteria to ensure that more services and resources are given to sicker patients.
