However, conflicts cannot be completely eradicated in organizations hence the need to manage them. Disagreements can be addressed by applying various strategies such as collaboration, accommodating, or compromising. Although conflicts sometimes are necessary to enhance innovation and competition in the workplace only if they are healthy.
