My decision to solve this problem is to actualize the plan using my social work skills, mainly sensitive communication and skillful negotiation with the Mayor and the city council representatives (McCartney, & Parent, 2018). In the process, knowing my professional obligations as a social worker of seeking social justice would help me make a considerable case of negotiating the shelter needs for the homeless.

Generally, my objective as a social worker is demonstrating professional skills when solving social problems.
