  5. What effect do the decisions of the United States Supreme Court have upon state rules of evidence? Explain your answer.
  6. Is direct evidence, such as eyewitness identification, more reliable than circumstantial evidence? Explain your answer.

On the contrary, demonstrative evidence is objects, pictures, or displays used in trial hearing to support facts. In addition, direct evidence is that which proves truth. For instance, in a murder case, an eye-witness will be direct evidence. However, circumstantial evidence enables a court to deduct some facts from the circumstances that have been proven.
